STEM enrichment for your school

AI & Engineering programs, built and run for your school

You provide the classroom. We bring the curriculum, the teachers and the outcomes.

Start with a 2-hour diagnostic challenge, then receive a full STEM track — AI, robotics, programming and engineering — without building a new department from scratch.

For private and bilingual schools that want a serious technology enrichment direction without building it from zero.

How we can work together

Choose your level of involvement

Schools are at different stages, with different budgets and internal capacity. So we work flexibly — from simply handing over the materials your own teachers run, all the way to a fully turnkey program we deliver end to end.

School-led

Curriculum & materials

We hand over a ready-to-use program and your own teachers deliver it, at your own pace.

  • Term curriculum map by age group
  • Lesson plans, slides and project briefs
  • Student worksheets and assessment guides
  • Parent communication templates

Schools with capable ICT or STEM staff who just need a proven structure and content.

Co-delivery

Training & support

Everything in materials, plus we train your teachers and stay with them through the program.

  • Teacher onboarding and training
  • Live academic supervision
  • Remote co-teaching support during sessions
  • Regular progress check-ins and feedback

Schools that have teachers but want expert backup to launch with confidence.

Not sure which level fits? Start with a 2-hour diagnostic challenge and we will recommend the right setup for your school.

What students walk away with

Every student finishes with a real project they built

The goal is not a certificate of attendance. Each cohort ends with something tangible — a working app, a robot, a model or a demo the student designed, built and can show with pride.

A student working on a hands-on technology project

A finished, working project

Not slides about technology — an actual app, game, robot or AI model the student built and can run.

Demo-ready results

Projects are ready to present to parents, classmates and school showcases.

Real skills behind it

Each project rests on genuine coding, engineering and AI problem-solving.

A portfolio that grows

From a 2-hour challenge to a full-term portfolio students keep building on.

Common questions

Is this only for international schools?

No. The model fits international, bilingual and private schools that want stronger STEM enrichment.

Are you available in Latin America?

We are actively expanding to Latin America. We are currently selecting partner schools for our first pilot programs. Contact us to discuss your school.

What legal setup is needed?

Nothing that changes how you already operate. The school keeps its usual legal framework and its direct relationship with parents — we never step into your contracts with families. We simply act as an external service provider to the school, so no new or separate legal entity is needed to run a pilot.

How quickly can we start?

A 2-hour diagnostic challenge can be arranged within 2-4 weeks from the first conversation. A full term program typically takes 4-6 weeks to set up.

Can it run in English?

Yes. English is the default international delivery language. Spanish support can be planned around the school context.

Do you provide materials for parents?

Yes. We provide the school with a complete package of ready-to-use materials for parents.

Does the school need special equipment?

Not always. Most tracks run with standard laptops or school ICT labs. Robotics and electronics tracks depend on the equipment available or planned.

What is the minimum commitment?

Start with a single 2-hour challenge with no long-term contract. If it works, we can build a 4-6 week module or a full term program.

Education background

Built on international programming education experience

Our education team comes from the programming.school ecosystem, which runs technology education programs across Serbia, Vietnam and previously in Russia — working with students from school age to early professional level. We are now expanding to Latin America.

  • International experience in programming, AI and data science education
  • Project-based learning with visible student outcomes
  • Academic and industry teachers with international experience

What the program covers

A complete STEM enrichment layer for the school

The goal is not a one-off technology event. We help a school create a repeatable enrichment program that can live across grades, terms and student interest levels.

STEM exploration

Hands-on activities that connect science, technology, engineering and problem solving.

AI literacy

Responsible use of AI tools for research, creation, automation and critical thinking.

Robotics & engineering

Build-test-improve cycles using robotics, electronics, sensors and physical design where available.

Programming & math

Coding foundations and mathematical thinking applied to real projects, games, simulations and data.

Program tracks

Several tracks under one STEM umbrella

Each school can start narrow and expand over time. The tracks can run independently or combine into a broader academy pathway.

STEM lab with various technology equipment and student projects

AI for creators

Prompting, research workflows, AI-assisted design, responsible use and prototype creation.

Robotics & smart systems

Mechanisms, sensors, automation logic, competitions and engineering challenges.

Programming foundations

Scratch, Python, JavaScript or C++ depending on age, goals and school context.

Applied math

Logic, patterns, probability, algorithms, competitions and math through projects.

Data & simulations

Data collection, visualization, modeling and simple scientific computing.

Product projects

Student-built apps, games, tools or demos that end with a public showcase.

Age pathways

Programs can grow with the students

Upper primary

Creative coding, robotics basics, digital making and math puzzles.

Middle school

Python, AI literacy, engineering challenges, data stories and team projects.

Secondary school

Applied AI, software projects, robotics systems, algorithms and portfolio work.

Operating model

We act as the school’s external STEM program team

The school keeps ownership of the student relationship and learning environment. Swiss Coding Academy supplies the academic program, instructors and operating process needed to run it consistently.

Educators planning curriculum together with school staff

Program design

We map age groups, goals, schedule, equipment, language and expected outcomes.

Curriculum and materials

We prepare lesson plans, project briefs, slides, worksheets and teacher guidance.

Teacher staffing

We provide or train instructors, depending on the school’s preferred model.

Session delivery

Programs can run after school, during enrichment blocks, as CCA modules or as seasonal intensives.

Progress visibility

The school receives student output, feedback, attendance signals and showcase-ready projects.

How schools usually start

From fit check to repeatable program

1

Map the school context

Age group, language, schedule, equipment, existing ICT or robotics activity, and internal owner.

2

Choose the first format

A short diagnostic workshop, 4-6 week module, term club, CCA block or holiday intensive.

3

Run the first cohort

Students build visible projects while we collect feedback and identify the right level.

4

Scale into a track

The school can continue with a term pathway, multiple groups or a broader STEM academy model.

What the school gets

A program that is easier to run than to invent internally

The value is operational as much as academic. A school should be able to offer a credible STEM direction without forcing existing staff to design everything from zero.

Students in a classroom during a school program

Structured curriculum map

Clear scope by age group, term and learning objective.

Teacher playbooks

Session plans, project instructions and facilitation notes.

Flexible delivery format

Remote, hybrid or on-site depending on school needs and local constraints.

Safeguarding-aware process

Clear roles for school staff, instructors, communication and classroom support.

Student showcases

Visible outputs for parents, leadership teams and admissions storytelling.

Long-term scalability

Start small, then build clubs, term modules, camps or a branded STEM academy.
